Intense straw yellow color with reflections of pale gold and steel edging. Dense in the cup with slow tear indicating its glyceric charge.
High aromatic intensity, clean and elegant. White fruit notes of ripe nugget with an herbaceous and aniseed background. Fragrant and greedy.
Pleasant entry, silky and wide. Presence of ripe white fruit and bone, apple and apricot. Its palate is very pleasant, fleshy, silky, with a well-integrated acidity that envelops and refreshes us at the same time. Very balanced Its aniseed finish along with its freshly cut hay notes indicates its marked varietal character. Glorious and persistent ending. A mature and very elegant wine.
Ideal to accompany fatty fish (salmon with orange sauce and pine nuts) white meats (picantón in almond sauce), cheese with little cure (Los Payuelos, Pata de Mulo).
Service temperature between 8º – 10º C.
